| 医師が処方した薬はあなただけの薬です 〜医師が処方した薬とは〜 特定の患者を診療した医師が、その患者の病状や体質等に応じて、薬の種類や服用量等を適切に指示した処方箋に基づき、薬剤師による調剤によって処方される特定患者専用の医薬品のことです。 医師が処方した薬は、特定患者専用の医薬品であることから、他人に譲り渡し服用させた場合、治療効果が得られないばかりか重大な健康被害を及ぼす可能性があります。 〜医師が処方した薬を他人に譲り渡した場合は〜 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律 麻薬及び向精神薬取締法の法律 に抵触し、 ３年以下の懲役若しくは300万円以下の罰金、又はこれを併科 ５年以下の懲役、又は情状により５年以下の懲役及び100万円以下の罰金 等の罰則を課せられることがあります。 |
