To International Patients

To ensure safe care and clear communication, online appointments are available only for:

  • ✓ Returning patients after an extended absence from our clinic
  • ✓ Kyoto University affiliates (students, researchers, staff, etc.)
  • ✓ Travelers/tourists (including referrals from hotels or other accommodations)
  • ✓ Patients with basic Japanese ability or with interpretation support

If none of the above applies, online booking is unavailable. Walk-in visits may be accepted subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed.

Please note

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
  • If you are being referred from another clinic, please bring your referral letter and any test results (e.g. imaging data).
